How to Qualify

Tressa is proud to offer a variety of affordable housing options to make high-quality apartment living more attainable in the Seattle community.

100% of the homes at Tressa are income-qualified — This means that although they are rent-restricted, applicants need to meet certain income requirements for their household size (calculated as a percentage of Seattle area median income, or AMI). Please review the qualification criteria below to ensure your household income falls at or below these limits.

* Household size requirements:
Maximum occupancy of 2 people per bedroom (+1 if a child under 24 months):
›   Studios and 1-bedroom floor plans = 2 people max (3 total if 1 is a qualifying child)
›   2-bedroom floor plans = 4 people max (5 total if 1 is a qualifying child)
Minimum occupancy of 1 person per bedroom:
›   Studios and 1-bedroom floor plans = 1 person minimum
›   2-bedroom floor plans = 2 people minimum
